How I'd like to see emergency cords fitted in all accessible toilets. How many times have you been in an accessible toilet and the emergency cord has been tied up out of reach or wrapped around one of the grab rails?

This is how I'd like to see emergency cords fitted in all accessible toilets. In this example, taken at Benfica's Stadium of Light in Lisbon in April 2013, you can see the cord is fixed around the wall about 40cm (16 in) above the floor, so it's fully accessible to someone falling anywhere on the floor as well as being in reach while seated on the toilet.
